Hafele India Private Limited seeks an experienced interior designer to deliver kitchen, wardrobe and furniture designs for display and client projects in the Design Centre network. You will be responsible for accurate site measurements, BOQ preparation, and coordinating with dealers and OEMs to translate concepts into displays.

The role also involves training new and junior designers and supporting the Business Development team as required, with a focus on timely design delivery and client

Qualificações

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Designing required.
B.Arch preferred.
Autocad proficiency required.
7-8 years of experience in interior design.
Age over 28 years.
Strong creative and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

Create kitchen, wardrobe and furniture designs for display and client projects.
Visit sites for measurements and capture client requirements.
Prepare BOQs for kitchen/wardrobe designs.
Train junior designers and assist business development as needed.
Coordinate with design centre and dealers/OEMs for display designs.

Job Description:

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

The key purpose of the job is to provide kitchen, wardrobe and other furniture designs for display purpose (regional level) & for Design Centre Clients by properly understanding their requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions to them. The role also demands business development and sales assistance support to the Business Development team as and when required, Training of New & Junior designers on principle of kitchen planning.

KEY RESULT AREAS

To deliver the designs within 48hours to the clients.
To take proper site measurement as and when required and visit clients for understanding site details and customer requirements.
To prepare BOQ’s for the Kitchen/Wardrobe designs prepared/received from the clients.
To handle walk-in of Design Centre and accordingly follow up for closure.
To provide Display design for dealers & OEMs (within 6 working days)
To train New & Junior designers

STRATEGIC

To deliver the designs within 48hours to the clients.
To take proper site measurement as and when required and visit clients for understanding site details and customer requirements.
To prepare BOQ’s for the Kitchen/Wardrobe designs prepared/received from the clients.
To handle walk-in of Design Centre and accordingly follow up for closure.

OPERATIONAL

To ensure that 1st set of drawings are sent to customers within 48 hours after understanding the needs
To ensure that designs made are in line with latest products and also stock availability.
To handle walk in clients and accordingly follow up for closures.
To go through catalogues and analyze the products to be recommended according to client’s requirement.
To follow up with sales team for orders placed by customers based on designs submitted.
To maintain proper record of design fees collected from the customers.
To resolve customer queries with respect to specifications and special requirements.
To attend clients in Design Centre and make site visits wherever required to make accurate measurements for the designs.
To follow up with the customers to ensure that the design gets translated into orders from customers

ROLE REQUIREMENT
