Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking an Assistant Manager – Loan Operations to lead DA/CLM loan servicing post-disbursal and ensure accurate reporting for investor banks. The role focuses on CLM-1/CLM-2 pools, reconciliations, and timely payout executions.

Required are 2–5 years in Banking/NBFC/Fintech with a graduate or postgraduate degree, and strong communication to coordinate with internal teams and partners. Mumbai/Thane on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Banking/NBFC/Fintech.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and CLM/DA pools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive DA/CLM servicing post disbursal (CLM-1 and CLM-2).
• Ensure timely reporting of pool performance, cash flows, payouts, collections, and DPD to investor banks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners; reconcile books and escrow accounts; manage queries from credit underwriters.

Coordination with various internal stakeholders for smooth functioning of operations as per requirement. Coordination with internal stakeholder for resolution of various queries related to CLM/ DA pool.
