Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee DA/CLM loan servicing post disbursal (DA pool, CLM-1/2).
• Ensure timely reporting of pool performance, cash flows and payouts to investor banks.
• Coordinate funds transfers (EMI, partial payments, foreclosure) and liaise with internal teams.
• Prepare loan balances and repayment schedules; resolve queries with credit underwriters.
• Reconcile Payables/Receivables and escrow accounts for CLM/DA pools.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive Assistant Manager – Loan Operations to oversee and drive our DA/CLM servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Servicing of Co lending/ Direct assignment (DA) Pool post disbursal (CLM-1 and 2)
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Direct Assignment/CLM- pool performance, future cash flows, payouts, collections, DPD etc. to the investor banks.
• Transferring funds with respect to EMI, Part Payment, and Foreclosure for co lending/ DA pool. Coordination with various internal stakeholders for smooth functioning of operations as per requirement. Coordination with internal stakeholder for resolution of various queries related to CLM/ DA pool. Reconciliation of both books - Payable and Receivables and escrow A/c’s.
• Coordination with Partner for resolution of various queries related to DA/ CLM pool. Preparation of loan balance file, repayment schedule.
• Handling queries of credit underwriter to disburse cases in co lending/ DA

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Full-time Graduate/ Part-time post-graduate from recognized University.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer escalations, manage internal stakeholders, and interface effectively with audit/compliance teams.
• Domain expertise: Good understanding of loan servicing.
