Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a Credit Manager-LAP to assess loan applications, conduct due diligence, and support decision-making within policy guidelines. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with secured LAP products.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Tech, Product and Operations to offer innovative lending solutions, monitor portfolio quality, and contribute to policy calibration using data insights.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Credit with good communication skills and digital orientation.
• Qualification: graduation/ post-graduation in any field.
• Experience of handling secured products (Small Ticket LAP) is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Credit appraisal of loan applications within policy guidelines.
• Interact with customers and co-lending partners to monitor delinquencies and early warning signals.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tech, Product and Operations to offer innovative products.
• Calibrate credit policies with data analytics for real-time adjustments.

Job Description

• Performing assessment duties within the defined risk philosophy of the

Company

• Credit appraisal of loan applications within the defined policy guidelines and

accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities

• Ensuring due diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening,

evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loans

• Interact with customers and co-lending partners to regularly monitor

delinquencies and early warning triggers

• Work closely and collaborate with the teams of Business development,

Tech,

Product and Operations & support on offering innovative products

• Working in sync with the data analytics team to proactively contribute

towards

real time calibration of credit policies

• Delivering quality portfolio along within defined TAT and extending support

for

collection activities whenever required

• Promoting the culture of team work within the team
• Monitoring and ownership of a complete product portfolio amongst different

products/partnerships we may work with. Monthly analysis of parameters

like

• customer base, industry/ segment profile , loan average ticket size and

tenure; if are within the decided norms

• Keep a close eye on market and economic developments relevant for our
• business and share the learnings within the team
• Active participation in special projects that may be assigned from time to
