Job summary

Adani Group in Mundra, Gujarat is seeking a senior maintenance/production leader to support setting up a greenfield Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant, focusing on process development and shift-wise control to achieve cell efficiency and product quality.

You will ensure zero-accident safety culture, drive performance within budget, and improve uptime, while implementing preventive maintenance and leading a robust training program.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include Ph.D./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech.
• Experience: 15–20 years in process or maintenance roles.
• Understanding of equipment and process development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
• Achieve performance parameters as per approved budget.
• Improve equipment uptime.
• Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
• Conduct breakdown analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Achieve production targets.
• Achieve cost and budget targets for cell maintenance, including parts reduction and localization.
• Ensure proper training in line with TNI and develop a robust team structure.
• Handover production-ready systems to production teams.

Job description

Purpose/Objective

• To provide complete support in setting up the greenfield Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.
• The incumbent shall also be responsible for various process developmental activities, in addition to shift-wise process control and monitoring, pertaining to development and improvement of cell efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Ensure safe work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
• Achieve performance parameters as per approved budget.
• Improve equipment uptime.
• Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
• Conduct breakdown analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Achieve production targets.
• Achieve cost and budget targets for Cell Maintenance through: - Parts failure reduction - In-house repairing of parts - Localization and alternate source development - Local development of consumable parts - Coordinate with all departments as per management requirements.
• Ensure proper training in line with TNI and develop a robust team structure.
• Handover production-ready systems to production teams

Technical Competencies
