Job summary

Premier Solar Systems is seeking a qualified analyst to support solar cell manufacturing processes. The role focuses on data analysis of electrical and process parameters, using MS Excel and Minitab, and developing DOE plans to drive improvements.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, prepare technical documentation, and implement quality control measures to sustain production standards and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis for electrical/process parameters.
• Familiarity with DOE and SPC methods in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of documentation like PFD, WI, SOP, MQP, SPC and ISO guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis of electrical and process parameters using MS Excel and Minitab.
• Plan and execute experiments including DOEs and report findings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation (PFD, WI, SOP, MQP, SPC, RMR, ISO docs).
• Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for cross-functional activities.
• Develop standards and SOPs for equipment and processes with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage manpower and shift schedules; train operators and engineers on technical and safety procedures.
• Implement quality controls and process improvements for manufacturing operations.

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Data analysis of electrical parameters, process parameters (SPC) with MS-Excel and Mini-Tab , MIS preparation.
• Prepare and Execute Experimental Plans, DOEs and Submit Analysis Report.
• Support and prepare for various documentation Activities eg. PFD, WI, SOP, MQP, SPC, RMR, Different Guidelines, ISO documents and others related documents etc
• Coordinate with Production/Process/Quality/Maintenance/PPC/Project/Utility department for various Cross Functional activities.
• Developing standards & operating procedure for equipment & modern skills for achieving excellence in coordination with stakeholders, supplier & customer
• Manpower management and shift schedule preparation.
• To identify the need and train operators, GETs, Engineers for technical(Solar Cell Technology, Process, SPC, 5S,) and safety procedures of plant, machinery & personnel to maintain production/Process standards and quality control.
• Implementing of quality standard and structured process /internal Process control for manufacturing operation of equipment and standard products ensuring accomplishment business goals across the assigned business unit.
• Responsible for New Process Integration (NPI) for PERC & Bifacial,Topcon
• Efficiency Improvement as Per Roadmap & developing process for new technologies Selective Emitter, PERC Bifacial , Topcon.
• Knowledge & hand on experience with process Lab tools (4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC, EL Testing) and ensure their proper functioning, contact with vendor/OEMs whenever required.
• Analyze the possibilities of continuous improvement in solar cell efficiency, quality & Implementation of various cost reduction programs
• Responsible for controlling &minimizing electrical as well as visual rejections in solar cell manufacturing process

Industry

Solar, semiconductor, renewables, or electronic manufacturing.

Skills

Experience on shop floor management, DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, Basic understanding of Solar cell manufacturing process & Advance Technologies.
