Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking a capable production professional to oversee semiconductor/solar manufacturing processes. You will monitor throughput, ensure safety compliance, and drive efficiency on the shop floor.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, and hands-on training with 5S, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke. You will lead operators, manage daily checks, and deliver MIS reports for management.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical
• Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech
• Min 2 - 5 years in semiconductor or solar manufacturing, with experience in printing and equipment operation / other PCB manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage throughput to maximize production efficiency and ensure that the rate of production meets or exceeds established targets
