Qualifications

• Experience in organized retail, footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong exposure to mall leasing, high-street property acquisition, commercial negotiations, and lease documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate retail locations across premium malls and high streets.
• Conduct market research, catchment analysis, competitor mapping, and location feasibility assessments.
• Negotiate rentals, security deposits, revenue-sharing arrangements, and lease terms with landlords and mall developers.
• Manage lease documentation, renewals, property approvals, and commercial agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Coordinate end-to-end new store openings, including property handover and cross-functional execution.
• Evaluate existing stores for relocation, lease restructuring, and occupancy cost optimization.
• Support franchisee identification, onboarding, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial feasibility reports, and expansion updates for management.
