Job summary

IRM Energy Limited invites applications for the role of Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager – HSE & AI. The incumbent will drive HSE processes and asset integrity practices at the GA/Zone level in line with set norms, ensuring CGD standards and PNGRB regulations are implemented.

Responsibilities include safety management, risk assessment, safety audits, training of contract staff, and execution of HSE plans for project/O&M.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HSE & asset integrity.
• Driver of HSE processes and asset integrity practices at GA/Zone level.
• Conversant with CGD HSE practices and PNGRB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of HSE processes and asset integrity at GA/Zone level.
• Ensure compliance with CGD practices and PNGRB regulations.
• Manage safety, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Conduct internal & external safety audits.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning of pipelines, CNG stations, and connections from HSE perspective.
• Coordinate and deliver in-house safety training programs including mock drills.
• Execute HSE plans and provide solutions on HSE issues in projects/OM&M.

Job Description

• This Profile-Incumbent shall be responsible to drive the implementation of HSE processes and asset integrity practices of the Company at the GA/Zone level in line with set norms.
• Should be well conversant with HSE specific CGD practices and its implementation.
• Should be conversant with PNGRB’s T4S, ERDMP and IMS regulations and its implementation.
• Responsible for safety, risk management, and hazard analysis.
• Should have experience of safety audits (internal & external).
• Should have experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of steel pipeline, CNG stations, Industrial, Commercial and domestic connections from HSE functionality.
• Responsible for implementation of inhouse safety training program including safety training of contract staffs, mock drills etc.
• Responsible for execution of HSE plan.
• Responsible for providing solutions on HSE related issues in Project/O&M job execution.
• HSE input to management for continual improvement in processes.
