Job summary

Ampath Trust is seeking a skilled facilities & projects professional in Hyderabad to plan and execute MEP works across multiple Units. You will review utilities, optimize costs and collaborate with engineering leads to deliver design and execution of new projects.

You will also manage maintenance contracts, develop preventive maintenance schedules, analyze OpEx and CapEx budgets, and support SOP updates under supervision of the GM Facilities & Projects.

• Planning and execution of MEP works under scope of Projects across all Units, review & analysis of Utilities across all Units.
• Collation and optimization of annual maintenance contracts of Units and design, planning and execution of new projects as per design.
• Under the guidance of GM – Facilities & Projects, work on all New projects, focus on MEP works / design / Execution.
• Conduct monthly analysis of R&M costs (v/s budget) of each Unit, identify opportunities for control and devise initiatives collaboratively and ensure implementation under guidance of Reporting Manager.
• Review monthly Utilities consumption and expenses and optimize the same; collate and manage annual maintenance contracts for each Unit.
• Review/ Revise Unit SOPs, devise PPM schedules for equipment and facilities in coordination with Unit Engineering Leads and monitor adherence.
• Participate in budget planning for OpEx & CapEx of Units and for the New Units under the guidance of Reporting Manager
