Job summary

Oji India Packaging is seeking an experienced sourcing and procurement leader to manage end-to-end activities across procurement, supplier relations, and inventory control. You will drive negotiations, contracts, delivery terms, and cross-functional planning to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 10-13 years in logistics or warehouse management, with exposure to manufacturing/packaging or FMCG/e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Experience in manufacturing/Packaging / FMCG / e-commerce preferred.
• Leadership, communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
• Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships.

• Ensure optimum inventory levels and material availability.
