Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end planning for our Beauty Private Label business. The role requires deep expertise in demand forecasting, planning and inventory management to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock.

You will coordinate with manufacturing partners, drive S&OP processes, manage planning teams, and align with Category, Marketing, Finance and Operations to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty, Personal Care or FMCG.
• Experience with private-label/D2C brands and third-party manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management and S&OP.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or quantitative discipline; MBA preferred.
