Job summary

HLL Lifecare in Thiruvananthapuram seeks an senior IT leader to head the Corporate IT function, shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy and growth initiatives.

You will drive digital transformation, ERP integration, cloud and security programs, while strengthening governance and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Essential: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, SAP/ERP, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, network and data centre management, IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation programmes.
• Desirable: Cloud adoption, data platforms and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, information-security standards, disaster recovery and business continuity, enterprise architecture and technology transformation in a large multi-location organisation or CPSE.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 70000 - 200000/-

Gross Salary: Rs. 147490/-(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.21.57 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification: Essential: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering

Post Qualification Experience: Essential: Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience with expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, SAP/ERP, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, network and data centre management, IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation programmes.

Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 60000 - 180000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 29100 - 54500 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Experience in cloud adoption, data platforms and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, information-security standards, disaster recovery and business continuity, enterprise architecture and technology transformation in a large multi-location organisation or CPSE.
