Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a finance team of about 15 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a finance team of roughly 15 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed-Asset Register (FAR), payroll accounting, general ledger (GL), and ESOP accounting.
• Ensure compliance with IND AS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Drive ongoing process enhancements and strengthen internal control frameworks.
• Implement systematic ledger scrutiny and enforce robust ERP controls.
• Lead timely month-end close activities, delivering high-quality balance-sheet and P&L reviews.
• Collaborate with technology teams to guarantee accurate cost-center and project reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for statutory auditors, proactively resolving queries.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate eliminations.
