Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• US GAAP experience is a must have for this role.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Big 4 or other reputable firms.
• Strong knowledge of India and US Accounting Standards (AS).
• Proven experience in supply chain finance, bookkeeping, AR, and AP.
• Good understanding of tax audits and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage operational accounting activities, including AP, AR, and purchasing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with India and US AS.
• Manage bookkeeping, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) processes with accuracy and timeliness.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s operational accounting functions, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Purchasing. This role is primarily centered on operational accounting—driving accuracy and efficiency across AP, AR, and purchasing—while also contributing to strategic financial analysis when required, ensuring overall excellence in a fast-paced environment.
