Job summary

Nuravi Imports And Exports is seeking an AGM Finance in Gurugram to lead the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, and timely closing of accounts while guiding the F&A team.

This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, direct and indirect taxes, budgeting, MIS, audits and ERP systems, with 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates with MBA Finance, ICWA/CMA or CA Inter are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance, ICWA/CMA or CA Inter with strong practical finance exp.
• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory audits preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a Finance & Accounts team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial management activities.
• Ensure GST, TDS, direct and indirect taxes compliance.
• Coordinate statutory audits and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, MIS, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain internal controls and manage cash flow.
• Drive ERP implementations and process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Position Overview

The AGM Finance will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, cash-flow management, audit coordination, and timely closure of accounts. The position requires strong hands-on knowledge of overall accounting, GST, TDS, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, and financial controls, along with the ability to lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Educational Qualification

• MBA Finance
• ICWA / CMA
• CA Inter

Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and strong practical experience in Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong experience in end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
• Experience in handling taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing and supervising Finance & Accounts teams.
• Experience in Mining, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Construction, or other project-based industries will be preferred.
