• 10–15 years of professional experience in Master Data Management.
• Minimum 6–10 years of SAP MDG or SAP MDM experience.
• Proven experience in managing service delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams within global organizations.
• Experience in Data Quality, Data Migration, and Data Standards programs.

• Service Delivery Leadership: Manage end-to-end service delivery for master data operations and ensure compliance with global policies and governance.
• Data Governance & Quality: Drive adherence to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders; manage expectations and collaborate with IT and global process owners.
• Transformation & Improvement: Support SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and data migration programs; pursue operational excellence.

Role Purpose Statement:

• Lead Master Data Management operations and governance across Customer, Supplier, Finance and Material Master domains.
• Ensure delivery excellence while driving data quality, process standardization, and governance initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead teams delivering global master data services.
• Support enterprise-wide data transformation, migration, and ERP initiatives.

Main Accountabilities:

• Service Delivery Leadership
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery for master data operations and ensure compliance with global policies, standards, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Drive achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance targets and manage escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Data Governance & Quality
  • Drive adherence to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.
  • Support establishment of controls to improve data reliability and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders within assigned domains.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication related to service delivery performance and collaborate with IT, business functions, and global process owners.
• Transformation & Improvement
  • Support SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and data migration programs.
  • Drive operational excellence through best practices and innovation.
• People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of data management professionals.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree required (BE,B.Tech)
• 10-15 years of professional experience in Master Data Management.
• Minimum 6-10 years of SAP MDG or SAP MDM experience.
• Proven experience in managing service delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams within global organizations.
• Experience in Data Quality, Data Migration, and Data Standards programs.
