Role Purpose

Lead and support enterprise master data programs to deliver Bunge’s strategic initiatives covering Digital programs, Data Integration and S4 HANA implementation for Customer and Supplier data domains. Accountable for developing business solutions, Data Quality and successful implementation of solutions across all geographic regions and businesses. Provides alignment across multiple business functional areas to define and execute project scope and deliverables.

Key Functions

• Build relationships with internal and external service providers for effective project delivery.
• Actively guide and inspire project teams to understand vision and deliverables.
• Align requirements and solutions across business, IT, and BBS resources.
• Maintain in‑depth understanding of master data processes and capability needs.
• Create and maintain data policies; contribute to strategic direction on governing master data.
• Proactively analyze business processes and suggest innovative solutions.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and share knowledge across the organization.

Department Specific Functions and Requirements

• Direct experience delivering large Data Migration / SAP MDG‑HANA Implementation / Data Governance / Data Management solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP MDG, S4 HANA, Data Lake, Data Model and MDM.
• Excellent domain expertise in Master Data Management – Customer & Supplier.
• Experience with Data Dictionaries and Metadata management.

Minimum Requirements

Education: B.Tech / MCA / BE in Enterprise Data Management.

Experience:

• 13–15 years of professional data management experience as functional lead or data architect in global master data domain.
• 8–10 years of experience in business solution (Data Enrichment, Data Migration) and SAP HANA & MDG/MDM.
• 8 years of experience in Data Quality and governance.
• Strong experience leading requirement workshops, negotiations, and stakeholder expectation management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical design.
• Understanding of the Data Life Cycle Management.
• Experience with SAP HANA data structures and interfaces.
• Experience with FMCG / CPG organizations is preferable.
• Strong leadership, service delivery, and remote team management skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual team across distances and time zones.
