Adani Group seeks a senior PECVD process lead to drive safety, efficiency, and quality across solar cell PECVD operations. You will supervise process optimization, SPC tool adoption, and collaboration with suppliers and research institutions.

You will lead R&D efforts to introduce new PECVD technologies meeting evolving industry standards while ensuring zero fatalities and strong safety governance across the cell processing teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 10–14 years of experience leading PECVD process activities, with expertise in film quality control, equipment maintenance, and yield enhancement strategies.
• Experience in maintaining film quality, equipment upkeep, and implementing yield improvement initiatives.

• Achieve zero fatalities, safety training for cell process employees, and reporting of unsafe acts/conditions. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety reviews, and implement preventive measures.

• Achieve efficiency in resource allocation for PECVD process improvement. Develop efficient resource management strategies to optimize financial, human, and technological resources for PECVD advancements.
