Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on PECVD experience in solar manufacturing, focusing on process optimization and maintenance.
• BE/BTech degree required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems for consistent deposition.
• Resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns quickly and analyze root causes.
• Optimize PECVD parameters to improve film uniformity and efficiency.
• Lead CAPA plans for breakdowns and preventive measures.
• Conduct inspections to verify film thickness and uniformity.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain records of process parameters, maintenance, and outputs.
• Lead and train technicians, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize diffusion-area processes.

Job description

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting

• Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.

Process Optimization:

• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):

• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance, and production outputs and daily check sheet.

Team Leadership and Training:

• Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Educational Qualification:
