Job summary

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited seeks a Deputy Centre Manager in our Strategic Alliances cluster. Reporting to RM/Sr RM, you will drive protection and annuity targets through direct and partner channels, building a high-performing team.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent and 5–7 years in sales, with at least 2 years of team leadership and exposure to Open Architecture. You will mentor staff, support hiring, and ensure regulatory compliance while accelerating revenue with the channel.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of sales experience with minimum 2 years of team handling.
• Exposure to Open Architecture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise executives to achieve targets.
• Resolve cluster-level discrepancies and ensure operations excellence.
• Mentor performance and co-create recognition platforms for the Catholic Syrian Bank Relationship.
• Lead partner training programs to boost selling effectiveness in annuity and protection.
• Ensure system requirements meet regulatory requirements.
• Deploy staff contests and R&R to accelerate revenue with the channel.

Job Title Deputy Centre Manager Band 5B

Department Strategic Alliances Reporting to RM/Sr RM

Key Responsibility Areas:

• a. Recruit, train and Supervise executives to achieve the agreed business targets of Protection and Annuity in the defined cluster and building a progressive partnership with the bank.
• b. Manage the discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, manage initiatives deployed, providing induction and on-the-job training for Ops processes and workflows to team in order to achieve operations excellence & derive customer satisfaction.
• c. Participate in the hiring process, Counsel and Mentor performance, co-create and implement recognition platforms in order to build a capable and motivated team in the Catholic Syrian Bank Relationship.
• d. Anticipate training requirements for the partner and lead the development and deployment of partner training programs in order to increase the selling effectiveness of own team as well partner teams on Annuity and Protection.
• e. To ensure that the system requirements are met in order that the relationship is productive and mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
• f. Deploy and monitor implementation specifically Bank staff contests/R&R in order to accelerate revenue generation with the Channel.

• Case size and Paid business
• Initiatives Deployed-Plan VS actual customer satisfaction scores.
• Hiring vs. objectives employee Satisfaction Scores
• Channel Partner feedback
• Observations in Audit Scores Incremental business results (Leads /policies etc.), Spend - Budget vs. actual

Desired qualification and experience

• Master of Business Administration or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, prior experience in Insurance essential with min 2 years of team handling experience.
• Must have exposure to Open Architecture
