Job summary

EveryEng Ltd in India seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee CFA/depot activities, including inwarding, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will manage inventory, stock reconciliation and stock records, ensuring timely distributor order processing and coordination with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete CFA/depot warehouse operations.
• Handle inwarding, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and stock control.
• Ensure timely and accurate distributor order processing.
• Coordinate with distributors, super stockists and sales teams.
• Monitor loading, unloading and transportation.
• Maintain invoices, delivery documents and stock records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor damaged, expired, shortage and excess stock.
• Manage warehouse staff, helpers and support team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and stock security.
• Coordinate with the Company Sales/Operations Head and CFA Principal/Owner.
• Ensure smooth and accurate depot operations.
