Role Description

This is a full-time Deployment Specialist role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work from home flexibility. The Deployment Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing software deployments across staging and production environments, ensuring smooth releases with minimal disruption. Daily activities include reviewing deployment requirements, configuring environments, performing pre- and post-deployment checks, and resolving technical issues that arise during or after implementation. The role involves collaborating closely with development, QA, support, and project management teams to validate release readiness, maintain deployment documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes. The specialist will also provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients on deployment procedures and best practices.
