Job description

The Head New Product Development (NPD) will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of advanced electronic products and systems, from concept and system architecture through design, prototyping, testing, qualification, and production release.

The role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, system engineering, product development, project management, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Defence/Aerospace electronics, embedded systems, FPGA-based platforms, rugged electronics, reverse engineering, and high-reliability product development.
