• Manage account opening (physical & e-KYC), modification, and closure processes.
• Execute dematerialization requests, verify documents, and coordinate with RTA/CDSL.
• Process DIS (Delivery Instruction Slips) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain records, response uploads, and client communication (welcome/closure letters).
• Ensure error-free operations and timely reporting.
