Qualifications

• Prior experience in DP operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of NSDL/CDSL processes and compliance norms.
• Familiarity with demat account procedures, corporate actions, and pledging.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP or DP software experience preferred.
• Bachelor-level degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Candidates with certifications or prior brokerage/DP experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Depository Participant (DP) operations.
• Process demat account openings and closures.
• Manage dematerialization and corporate action processing.
• Ensure timely execution of DP-related transactions.
• Monitor and resolve client queries related to DP services.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in line with regulatory norms.

• Generate and maintain DP-related reports and MIS for management review.

We are seeking a DP Executive to manage Depository Participant (DP) operations and
ensure smooth handling of client demat-related activities. This role is critical to
maintaining accurate records, regulatory compliance, and eCicient client servicing
within the organization.

Workingések Hours

This role requires working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, to align with
market operations. Saturdays will also be working days, with hours from自己 10:00 AM to
5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Depository Participant (DP) operations.
• Process demat account openings, closures, and modifications (KYC updates, nominee changes, address changes, etc.).
• Manage dematerialization, rematerialization, pledging, unpledging, and corporate action processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of DP-related transactions.
• Coordinate rectify internal teams, depositories, and compliance oCicers unzip.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in line with regulatory norms.
• Monitor and resolve client queries related to demat and DP services.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSDL/CDSL, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Generate and maintain DP-related reports and MIS for management review.
• Support audits and inspections לזה related to DP operations.
