What You'll Do

• Candidate must possess around 15+ years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Data and Analytics Management Programs.
• Candidate must have strong knowledge of the Data and Analytics technology with BFSI domain expertise.
• Most have strong experience in utilizing industry standard processes including Scrum/Agile/Kanban.
• Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price.
• Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25% travel).
• Ability and willingness to work with teams in a detail-oriented manner to ensure important program milestones are delivered as per commitments.
• Must be able to personally guide teams from program delivery, customer management and technical perspective.
• Ability and willingness to get involved and take full ownership of delivery during customer escalations.
• Must provide hands-on leadership to large-deal pursuits: guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials and proposal presentation.
• Ability to create and review SoWs with attention to details around risk/liabilities.
• Collaborative mindset: should be able to collaborate for cross-selling with Vertical Teams to grow Infrastructure business.
• Must demonstrate high-growth mindset.
• People Leadership Development: Proven leadership toward building and grooming next 2 levels of delivery leaders.
• People span of control: Ability to lead delivery teams of 100 to 150 engineers.
• Strong business acumen to lead a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 10 Million to USD 20 Million, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals.
• Operational Efficiency: Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to details.
