This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Delivery Manager based in India.

The Staff Delivery Manager will lead the strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology products supporting logistics operations across complex, asset-intensive environments.

This staff-level role sits at the intersection of product management, data platforms, digital engineering, and operational technology.

You will shape product vision and roadmaps while ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value in safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost.

Working with product, architecture, engineering, data, and operational teams, you will guide solutions from ideation through deployment and adoption.

The role requires strong technical fluency, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.

You will also champion data quality, governance, platform sustainability, and scalable solutions that can be reused across business areas.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery and make a meaningful impact on large-scale logistics transformation.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for technology products supporting logistics and core operational capabilities.
  • Align product priorities with enterprise objectives such as data-platform simplification, automation, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
  • Provide technical and delivery leadership across data, platform, and visualization workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives and outcomes.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, shaping solutions using modern data and technology architectures, including AWS, Palantir, and SaaS integrations.
  • Establish and maintain data standards, governance, quality, security, and remediation frameworks in collaboration with technology and data partners.
  • Engage with operational, engineering, and asset stakeholders to understand use cases, define data requirements, identify value opportunities, and drive sustained product adoption.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, delivery plans, costs, performance, and realized business value to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Build effective governance and collaboration models across product owners, delivery managers, portfolio managers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Identify, validate, and track benefits such as efficiency improvements, cost reduction, risk mitigation, adoption, reliability, and operational performance.
  • Apply commercial judgment when prioritizing investments and support business cases, funding strategies, and technology investment decisions.
  • Lead and develop teams, foster high performance, and promote strong collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Travel up to approximately 10% as required and support delivery across global operational environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data, digital, technology, or product delivery within sophisticated and preferably global environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or developing teams.
  • Strong business and domain knowledge gained in industrial, logistics, energy, transportation, or other asset-intensive environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading through influence and engaging effectively with diverse business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong product‑management mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with a strong execution focus.
  • Deep technical fluency across data platforms, digital technologies, integrations, and modern technology architectures.
  • Experience with cloud and data technologies such as AWS, Palantir, and SaaS integrations is highly relevant.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to evaluate initiatives based on business value, return on investment, cost, risk, and strategic priorities.
  • Customer‑centric, pragmatic approach with excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering enterprise‑scale products and technology solutions is preferred.
  • Domain expertise in cargo movement, people movement, aviation, land transportation, or related logistics environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and, where applicable, relocate within India.
Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements may be considered depending on business and role requirements.
