About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Unit Head / Delivery Director with 15 to 20 years of experience in managing large-scale Data & Analytics programs within the Clinical Research, Life Sciences, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery leadership, customer relationship management, business growth, financial ownership, and people management expertise. This role requires overseeing complex delivery portfolios, driving customer success, ensuring operational excellence, expanding delivery capabilities, and contributing to strategic organizational growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage large-scale Data & Analytics programs across Clinical Research and Life Sciences domains.
• Oversee successful execution of fixed-price, T&M, and managed services engagements.
• Ensure delivery excellence through governance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive program execution from initiation through successful milestone and project closure.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, project health, and customer commitments.
• Establish best practices and delivery frameworks to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Support sales and account growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities.
• Establish governance mechanisms to proactively monitor customer expectations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and executive governance meetings with customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and achieve high CSAT scores.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute Delivery Unit growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, capability enhancement, and business diversification.
• Create business cases for investments in emerging technologies, analytics capabilities, and strategic client initiatives.
• Drive innovation and new service offerings within Clinical Research and Life Sciences.
• Establish new domain competencies and expand consulting and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solution development and business acquisition.
• Own and manage Delivery Unit P&L responsibilities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare business processes.
• Deep understanding of Data & Analytics ecosystems within Life Sciences organizations.
• Experience supporting data-driven transformation, analytics modernization, and digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to Life Sciences and Clinical Research environments.
• 15+ years of experience managing large and complex Data & Analytics engagements.
• Proven success in leading fixed-price, T&M, and managed service delivery models.
• Expertise in delivery governance, risk management, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability improvement, and account expansion.
• Expertise in business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational management.
• Experience supporting sales, solutioning, account farming, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Executive presence with strong customer-facing and leadership capabilities.
• Experience engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
