Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Delivery Operations Team Lead with 7–11 years of experience to oversee end‑to‑end client reporting, data collection, validation, and timely delivery of compelling investment communications.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

What would you do?

• Delivers end-to-end client reporting, pitchbooks, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and investment communications for global institutional and intermediary clients. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant reporting solutions by leveraging data, reporting platforms, and deep understanding of client requirements.
• Manages the full lifecycle of client reporting, including data collection, validation, reconciliation, report production, quality review, and delivery. Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve issues, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet client reporting timelines and service expectations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, client reporting, and team development skills. Expertise in operational controls, process improvement, risk management, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in reporting tools, strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and working effectively in fast-paced environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.

• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
