• Full lifecycle recruiting including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and data management.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment support including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, assessments, and onboarding.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy across all ATS and recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement volume allocation strategies and workload balancing across team members.
• Lead team performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and career development planning.
• Manage escalations, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver continuous service improvement.
• Participate in business excellence and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor team metrics, MIS, and productivity dashboards.

You will play a key role in delivering efficient recruitment services and driving strategic talent initiatives across the organization. This role also involves managing a team, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous process improvement in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment support including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, assessments, and onboarding.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy across all applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver recruitment solutions in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement volume allocation strategies and workload balancing across team members.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• 6+ years in a Recruitment Managed Services, RPO, or in-house corporate recruitment team (preferably with international hiring exposure).
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience in an outsourcing environment.
• Expertise in using ATS systems such as Taleo, SuccessFactors, Kanexa, etc.
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting: H2R (Hire to Retire) including onboarding, payroll, benefits, exit, employee data management, learning administration, and more.
• Proven use of social media, job portals, headhunting, and innovative sourcing techniques.
