What would you do?

The role is responsible for handling incidents (tickets) and making inbound/outbound calls for retailers contracted with the Client and their sales representatives. It also involves responding to finance-related inquiries from US retail and trade marketing customers, resolving questions about contracts, payments, payment dates, products, promotions, discounting, payments, and adjustments. The analyst must manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and timely escalation to internal teams.

What are we looking for?

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
• At least 3‑5 years in an analyst or similar role, preferably in finance or trade payment processes.
• Experience working in a 3rd‑Party culture and improving processes to deliver more effective results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and analytical thinking.
