We are looking for dedicated andmotivated individuals with strong leadership, organisational and teamworkskills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling teambased in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which includefinancial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses,competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depthresearch


• Assist clients with complex financial modellingassignments in the Private Equity and private credit space, working on a varietyof models such as LBO, DCF and Investment models


• Valuate a variety of securities such as equity, debt andconvertibles


• Perform trading and transactioncomparable analyses and financialstatements analyses by applying experience in credit research, including debtanalysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.


• Analysing Investment Themes /Strategies : Evaluating attractiveness ofthe overall sector / geography / company focused investment themes andstrategies of the fund


• Investment Opportunity Identification : Identifying emerging and high-growth sectors for investmentassessment through market analysis such as market size, historical andprojected growth rates, emerging market trends, key drivers, etc.


• Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output, leading ateam of few analysts and associates, reviewing team’s work, signing-offbefore delivery


• Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms andcorporations


• Conduct quality checks of client deliverables


• Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developingefficient processes


• Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requesterrelationship building and management and information/knowledge needsassessment.

Skills and experience

• 6-9 years of experience in strategyconsulting/investment banking/private market/research sectors


• Experience in quantitative analysisincluding financial spreading and analysis, trading comps, transactionscomps, benchmarking etc. Financial modeling experience will be addedadvantage


• CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a toptier business school


• Strong business fundamentals and knowledgeof business analysis skills


• Strong written and verbal communicationskills


• Ability to work effectively under tightdeadlines
