Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Education, Business Management, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in training delivery, program coordination, or delivery management.
• Experience leading a team of Delivery Executives or program coordinators.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and batches simultaneously.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the planning and execution of training programs in the EdTech sector. This role ensures programs are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Manage training programs from planning and scheduling through execution and completion. Ensure delivery requirements, timelines, and service standards are met.
• Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and support a team of 35 Delivery Executives. Allocate batches and responsibilities, monitor workload and performance, and coach team members.
• Batch and Escalation Management: Oversee batch operations and step in to manage a batch when delivery coverage is required. Ensure clear handovers and timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Training Logistics: Coordinate trainer and learner schedules, virtual or classroom arrangements, training materials, and trainer travel and accommodation where required.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with trainers, clients, participants, and internal teams. Communicate schedules, requirements, and changes clearly and promptly.
• Client and Learner Support: Provide responsive support to clients and participants and follow concerns through to resolution. Build strong client relationships.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement: Monitor delivery quality, learner feedback, and program outcomes. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Reporting and Measurable Outcomes: Maintain accurate program records and report on batch status, delivery performance, risks, issues, and outcomes. Track performance against agreed targets for:
  • On-time batch launches
  • Learner attendance and completion
  • Learner and client satisfaction
  • Issue-resolution time and responsiveness
  • Delivery costs and budget adherence
• Project and Resource Management: Coordinate resources across multiple programs, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks early, and keep programs on schedule.
• Budget and Cost Awareness: Monitor delivery-related expenses and use resources efficiently while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Process and Policy Compliance: Follow organizational delivery processes, client requirements, data-handling practices, and applicable policies.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in training delivery, program coordination, or delivery management in an EdTech or corporate learning environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team of Delivery Executives or program coordinators.
• Proven ability to manage multiple training programs and batches simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and task-management tools.
• Strong verbal & written communication along with professional email-writing skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with AI tools that support reporting, communication, workflow efficiency, or learning operations.
• Experience using delivery performance metrics to improve service quality.
