Job description

We're looking for a Cloud Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP, complemented by a solid application development background. This role involves managing the complete set of activities related to project delivery within the company, including lead and pre‑sales management, bid and financial qualification, staffing, client management, delivery governance, and end‑to‑end execution. Proven experience in running multiple delivery streams and client engagements, while ensuring robust governance at the top management level, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project, People, and Account Management activities across engagements
• Build and extend cooperative delivery relationships within the organization
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of client business and engage the right people for the right work
• Lead multiple cross‑functional, hybrid/distributed teams and scale the Cloud DM organization
• Think at scale, both large and small (release/roadmap/MVP/time to market, as well as grooming, WBS, multi‑level DoD)
• Ensure sound architecture, robust implementation, and best software engineering practices, leveraging a strong technology background
• Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery for clients, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals
• Provide leadership recognized for integrity, with a strong desire and ability to influence people and business outcomes
• Act as a visionary on outcome‑based setups, performing ground‑up design of complex delivery setups
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience managing the complete set of activities related to project delivery, including lead or pre‑sales management, bid/financial qualification, staffing, client management, delivery governance, and end‑to‑end execution
• Background in delivery with application development experience
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of automation tooling and processes that support CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and accountability
• Certifications in Scrum or PMI/PMP
• Foundational‑level Cloud certification in AWS
• Proficient communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
