Job summary

Intugine Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead customer implementations, GPS installations, and day-to-day operations within our logistics technology platform. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, monitor implementation timelines, and drive process improvements while maintaining SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Customer Implementation.
• Experience coordinating field operations or GPS installations preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and operations.
• Coordinate GPS device installations with field teams and vendors.
• Ensure smooth software implementation and customer go-live.
• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Implementation.
• Experience in coordinating field operations or GPS installations is preferred.
• Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in a SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology company is an added advantage.
