Job summary

Acuity Analytics, Gurgaon, is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee sourcing, procurement and finance operations in the Private Markets division. You will lead large AP teams, optimize vendor relationships and drive process improvements leveraging ERP and BI tools.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in AP/Procurement, experience with Workday/SAP/Oracle, and strong stakeholder management. This role offers leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• MBA / B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Finance Operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale AP operations.
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle, vendor management, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting around spend, savings tracking, renewals, utilization and vendor activity.
• Vendor profiling and renewal analysis for leadership briefings.
• Contract consolidation: reduce fragmented renewal dates and master agreements to a single, standardized structure per vendor.
• Gap identification and closure across the vendor portfolio.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities while ensuring accuracy and completeness of AP-related reporting.
• Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely closure of observations and continuous strengthening of control frameworks.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process transitions, and change management programs to support business growth and operational scalability.
• Provide leadership updates and actionable insights to senior management through data-driven analysis and performance reporting.
