Job summary

Acuity Analytics seeks an energetic Associate to join our Bangalore team, focusing on financial data and fund marketing support. You will collaborate with global asset managers and marketing teams to produce engaging materials across funds, ETFs and alternative investments.

You will handle data, translations, compliance checks, and production of factsheets, brochures and pitchbooks, with exposure to Bloomberg, Morningstar and other market data tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in asset management marketing support or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with financial data, factsheets, and client marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Create/update client marketing materials (factsheets, brochures, sales ideas, flyers, pitch-books, strategy updates) for mutual funds, ETFs and alternatives.
• Prepare monthly fund performance reports and analyses.
• Coordinate input data, translators and compliance reviews for marketing content.
• Liaise with external translators and publish reports on intranet and public sites.
• Support fund marketing by producing collateral such as brochures and presentations.

Job purpose

We are looking for an energetic professional who is passionate about working on financial data. You will work closely with leading global asset managers and their Marketing and client-servicing teams. We enable clients to marketing team to promote their funds through different marketing platforms across the globe

Key responsibilities

• Work with Funds and ETF structuring teams of a major investment bank
• Coordinate and communicate with various teams for input data, translators and compliance teams
• Create/update client marketing material (Factsheets, Brochures, Sales Ideas, Flyers, Pitch-books and Strategy updates) for mutual funds, ETFs and alternative investments
• Create/update monthly performance reports for funds.
• Work on Thought Leadership pieces, ETF landscape, ETF newsletters, competitor fund analysis reports and regulatory reports
• Liaise with external translators for conversion of the reports into non-English languages, get the reports approved on compliance review system and publish them on intranet and public websites.
• Graduate with 2-4years of work experience, preferred MBA
• Understanding of the Asset Management business, various asset classes, and investment products is desirable
• Financial market awareness and understanding of basic financial concepts
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills (intermediate / advanced)
• VBA could be an added advantage
• Experience in Fund Marketing support such as preparing marketing collaterals such as factsheets, presentations, sales ideas and brochures
• Familiarity with Fund prospectus, annual reports and offering documents
• Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Morningstar, Seismic and Reuters Exposure to marketing collateral production tools like Seismic, Synthesis etc
