Zusammenfassung

Talentfleet Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Testing/QA leader to head a distributed Delivery Assurance team. You will set the test strategy across applications and cloud services, and drive automation in a large-scale transformation.

The role requires experience in SIT/UAT planning, release governance, and strong stakeholder communication. An interest in applying AI to testing and experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in software testing or QA, including leading test teams.
• Proven track record of building or scaling test automation in delivery environments.
• Experience planning and running SIT and UAT on large programmes (ERP or multisystem).
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD and agile delivery for cloud apps (Azure).
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Job Description

• Lead, develop and grow a distributed Delivery Assurance team, setting clear expectations and building capability in automation.
• Own the test strategy and approach across our applications, cloud services, integrations and the wider transformation programme.
• Define and run release quality gates and governance so readiness decisions are based on evidence, not optimism.
• Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT for complex, multi-system releases, working closely with programme leadership, vendors and business process owners.
• Drive the shift from manual to automated testing, with a clear roadmap, priorities and measurable progress.
• Introduce AI into testing practice where it improves speed, coverage or insight.
• Establish quality metrics and reporting that give leadership an honest view of delivery risk.
• Work with engineering, architecture, integration and product teams to build shared quality ownership rather than treating testing as a final checkpoint.
• Continuously improve processes, tooling and documentation as the organisation evolves.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Significant experience in software testing or quality assurance, including leading test teams.
• A track record of building or scaling test automation in a real delivery environment.
• Experience planning and running SIT and UAT on large programmes, ideally ERP or multisystem transformations.
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD and agile delivery for cloud-based applications, ideally on Azure.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• The confidence to give direct, evidence-based assessments of readiness to senior stakeholders, including when the answer is "not yet".
• A practical view on how AI can improve testing, beyond experimentation.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• An advantage: experience with Azure, SAP, CargoWise or the logistics industry
