Job summary

ISMG Information Security Media Group is seeking an Audience Engagement (Delegate Relations) Executive to help build and engage audiences for ISMG’s global events, summits, and webinars.

You will connect with senior professionals across cybersecurity and tech, inviting participation in high-level discussions and helping bring our events to life. Training is provided; strong communication and a learning mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to senior professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG events.
• Research companies, roles, and industry trends to tailor outreach.
• Clearly explain event topics and why they’re relevant to each audience.
• Guide attendees through the registration process.
• Support attendance by following up with registered delegates.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
