Job summary

Ethereal Machines Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a supervisor for deburring operations to meet quotas and deadlines, develop and optimize deburring processes, and ensure conformance to specifications.

You will coach operators, collaborate with QA, CNC machining, and engineering to troubleshoot burrs and rejects, reading drawings and using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing, machining, or metalworking environment in supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of using precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.

• Meet deburring production quotas and delivery deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manual, pneumatic deburring processes.
