Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the development of and implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.
• Engineering Standards Specification: Carry out activities to support drafting of engineering standards and specifications.
• Engineering Inspections: Carry out inspections to evaluate quality and recommend remedial works.
• Contract Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; act as primary contact within contract plan.
• Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings and address them via change programs.
• Knowledge Management System: Help others use knowledge management systems; provide support.
• Product and/or Solution Development: Develop and deliver products/services based on customer needs.
• Project Management: Work within project plans to achieve goals.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop capabilities through assessment, training, and coaching; pursue external accreditation.
