Epergne Solutions in Delhi is seeking a Database Administrator to support the implementation, administration, maintenance, and performance of enterprise database systems.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle, and backup/recovery strategies. You will work on high-availability setups, security, and documentation to ensure reliable data services for business applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in database administration and enterprise database environments.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (essential).
• Experience with MySQL and/or Oracle will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of database installation, upgrades, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database backup and recovery, including tools such as Symantec NetBackup.
• Knowledge of high-availability and cluster/failover technologies, such as Microsoft Cluster and SQL Server Always On.
• Experience with database security tools such as Imperva Database Firewall will be advantageous.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
