The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant database administration experience, familiarity with MySQL/Oracle, and experience with backup tools such as NetBackup.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant database administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with MySQL and/or Oracle is advantageous
• Knowledge of database backup and recovery (e.g., Symantec NetBackup)
• Knowledge of high-availability and cluster/failover technologies (Microsoft Cluster, SQL Server Always On)
• Experience with Imperva Database Firewall is advantageous
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
