Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (essential).
• Experience with MySQL and/or Oracle will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of database installation, upgrades, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database backup and recovery (e.g., NetBackup).
• Knowledge of high-availability and cluster/failover technologies (Microsoft Cluster, SQL Server Always On).
• Experience with Imperva Database Firewall is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database systems.
• Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage database backup, recovery, and restoration activities.
• Support high availability and cluster/failover database environments.
• Investigate and resolve database-related incidents and technical issues.
• Support database security and administration activities.
• Maintain relevant technical documentation and operational procedures.

Skills & Requirements
