Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Global Benchmarking Services team. You will have expertise in SQL, Python, and Machine Learning (Supervised and Unsupervised techniques). You’ll design and deploy predictive models, uncover actionable insights from complex real estate and human experience data, and build scalable solutions that guide clients toward optimal workplace and portfolio strategies. This role is ideal for a problem-solver passionate about turning data into strategic value for global corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python to forecast space utilization, optimize portfolio performance, and predict key drivers of employee experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with workplace strategy, client services, and business development teams to align predictive models with client objectives and strategic real estate goals.
• Cloud Integration: Design, deploy, and manage machine learning models on the Azure cloud platform, ensuring scalability, robust monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Insight Communication: Translate complex model outputs and statistical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and senior leadership through advanced visualizations and strategic narratives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and emerging trends in workplace analytics and commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 2+ years in a data science role, with a focus on commercial real estate, workplace analytics, or human experience measurement.

• Experience with ML Ops practices for model lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).

• Advanced knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and topic modeling on survey feedback.
