Job summary

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics in Bengaluru seeks a Business Analyst 2 to analyze data on property management, sales, financial information and market trends, to support strategic decisions across business lines. You will collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, and leaders to deliver analytical solutions.

The role requires 3–6 years of analytics experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and expertise with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science or other quantitative fields.
• 3-6 years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics/insight development.
• 3-6 years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python or other data mining and analysis tools.
• Experience with source systems and adapting to new tools; understanding of Microsoft Azure, Databricks is a plus.
• Working AI knowledge and Databricks Genie, Claude experience is a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience developing insights and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.

• Develop, execute and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions for property tech problems.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and business metrics.

• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency of existing processes.
• Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward.

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business lines and support functions. As a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to property management processes, sales and financial information, and market trends and support decision‑making within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including senior business analysts, data scientists, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and deliver valuable analytical solutions.

• Develop, execute and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions to property tech problems using a variety of analytical approaches and methodologies.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency in reporting processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
• Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward.

• 3-6 years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics / insight development
• 3-6 years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python or other data mining and analysis tools.
• Experience in handling source systems and the ability to adapt your knowledge to new tools and systems. Understanding of our current stack (Microsoft Azure, Databricks) is a plus.
• Working AI Knowledge, Databricks Genie, and Claude experience is a plus.
• 3-6 years of experience developing insights and dashboards using a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.
