Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Privacy & Compliance Specialist in Hyderabad with 8+ years of experience to lead privacy governance, regulatory compliance, and privacy-by-design initiatives across the organization.

You will design and deliver privacy training for both technical and non-technical teams, conduct PIAs, and collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering to ensure enterprise-wide privacy measures. Experience with GDPR and global regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of privacy/compliance experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and global privacy regulations.
• Experience designing and delivering privacy training programs.
• Ability to drive privacy initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Looking for a Privacy & Compliance Specialist with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on building privacy governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting privacy-by-design across the organization.

• Design and deliver privacy training for both technical and non-technical teams
• Conduct organization-wide privacy awareness programs and workshops
• Create educational content on privacy principles, regulations, and best practices
• Conduct periodic Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and ensure compliance across applications
• Maintain and enhance privacy frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices
• Identify privacy risks and drive mitigation actions with stakeholders
• Develop and deliver privacy training programs for technical and non-technical teams
• Conduct organization-wide awareness sessions and track training effectiveness
• Implement and maintain GDPR and global privacy compliance measures
• Ensure adherence to China PII and other regional regulations while monitoring evolving laws
• Partner with Legal teams for policy approvals and align privacy requirements with business needs
• Communicate privacy expectations and resolve issues while maintaining audit documentation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Business teams to drive enterprise-wide privacy initiatives
