Job summary

Uddyam is looking for a Data Privacy professional to lead our privacy program and ensure compliance with global regulations. You will drive privacy strategy for India and global locations and work hands-on with privacy tools.

The role requires 5+ years in privacy/InfoSec with strong DPDP Act knowledge and experience with OneTrust or Big-ID. You will lead DPIA, rights management, and breach response across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Privacy / InfoSec / Cyber Security with at least 2–3 years in a privacy function.
• Strong knowledge of DPDP Act & Rules, GDPR, privacy by design and data lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with privacy tools such as OneTrust and Big-ID, plus data discovery capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with DPDP Act, GDPR, Singapore PDPA & other global laws
• Implement Privacy tools like OneTrust, Big-ID
• Lead DPIA, Consent Management, Data Principal Rights & Breach Management
• Manage PII records, DFDs, Data Transfer & Contract reviews

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ Years in Data Privacy / InfoSec / Cyber Security (with min 2-3 yrs in Privacy function)
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/LLB, Diploma in IT Act
• Strong knowledge of DPDP Act & Rules, GDPR, Privacy by Design, Data Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on with OneTrust / Big-ID, Data Discovery
• Certifications preferred: CIPM, CIPP/E, OneTrust Professional, CDPSE, DSCI, CISM
