Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Engineering Data Management professional to oversee data, master data, and asset information across SAP PM, Bentley ALIM, SPF, and EDMS platforms. The role emphasizes quality, governance, and lifecycle management for refinery and industrial assets.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, ensure conformance with drawings and P&IDs, and drive continuous improvements in data management and document control. A 5+ year background in this domain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering data management, master data management, asset information management, or document control.
• Strong experience with SAP PM, Equipment Master Data, FLOC, tag management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Bentley ALIM, SPF, EDMS, or similar Engineering Document Management Systems.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, document control, and data governance.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Energy, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Engineering Data, Equipment Master Data, Asset Registers, and Tag Management across SAP, Bentley ALIM, SPF, or similar EDMS platforms.
• Create, modify, and maintain equipment numbers, tag numbers, Functional Locations (FLOC), and asset hierarchy structures in SAP.
• Perform engineering data quality checks, validation, cleansing, and governance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Manage engineering documents, drawings, and asset information throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Support engineering projects, maintenance activities, and document control processes for refinery, oil & gas, or industrial assets.
• Review engineering drawings (P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) and ensure alignment with business and engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering data management, document management, and master data processes.
